Inspiration and the power of positive self-talk

Regardless of your setback, building self-belief and self-talk is key.

 

It’s estimated that up to 70% of our daily self-talk is negative. This only increases during a trauma.

 

To re-balance, it’s crucial that we consciously feed our minds with positive words, images and thoughts. 

 

Throughout my journey I’ve enjoyed consultations and online conversations with many mindset experts. I’ve experienced their powerful energy and unwavering belief. I’m not saying I’ve mastered it, but I definitely feel more positive and driven when I choose to feed my brain with positivity.

 

If we practice positive affirmations consistently, our sub-conscious mind eventually listens and builds up our strength to brighten our mental outlook and resilience.

 

This might sound too simplistic, but please try it. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
